Dear All

Road conditions into the village and down to the school continue to be poor. Attempts have been made to clear the path around the school but this has proved difficult due to continuing snow and sleet throughout the day.

However, the school is planning to be open tomorrow at 10.00am. The latest forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning is that there will be freezing conditions resulting in ice. We envisage that a later opening will give a chance for the roads to be clearer and safer for staff and pupils to travel on. The ”phone tree” communication sytem will be used to confirm details in the morning.

We look forward to seeing all pupils tomorrow but remember please only travel if you feel it is safe for you and your family to do so.
