KS2 Pupils

Please could all pupils learn their words and poems this week ready for the Christmas Nativity as we will be having a full run through on Friday.  Also, if your child is playing an instrument in the nativity they will need to bring it to school each day for rehearsals.

KS2 pupils do not have costumes as such but need to come dressed in winter clothing with a hat and scarf on the evening of the performance (Wednesday 7th Dec).

Thank you

Miss Burtwell

Some of the children have asked if their dads can help make the class rocket.  We will start building the rocket tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday 8th November and finish it off on the afternoon of Tuesday 15th November.  If any dads (or mums) would like to come into school to help they will be more than welcome.  We will start construction after lunch at 1.15pm.

Sorry for the short notice.

Dear Year 6 Parents

It is statutory for all Y6 boys and girls to receive ‘Sex Education’.  We feel next term is the right time to teach the Y6 children before they embark on the next step to secondary school.  We cover the Sex Education unit using a BBC teaching DVD.  We feel to put your mind at rest and keep you fully informed of what your children will learn it is better for you to have the choice to watch the DVD yourselves.  It is not compulsory and is for your viewing only.
